Division Functions & Roles

• To coordinate production management for cultural/arts programme physically and online/virtually through arts manifestation, festival, competition and performance/staging at Department, Ministry, State, National and International levels.
• To provide production, technical and multimedia advisory services on staging and performance physically and online/virtually at Department, Ministry, State, National and International levels.
• As reference expert and providing advisory services in arts performance event organized physically and online/virtually by Department, Ministry and agency related to them including at the national and international levels.
• To compile, update information and data on staging and performance (special events) activities including reference expert in the related field.
• To manage and coordinate the National Department for Culture and Arts Headquarters and States Cultural Group activities.
• To manage and coordinate the use of mobile stage trucks for programmes and activities at state and Ministry levels.
